Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Office Executive – Operations to manage and support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the showroom. The role focuses on showroom operations, presentation, inventory coordination, documentation, and internal team support to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Note: This is a non-sales role.
Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Operations
- Support daily administrative and operational activities of the showroom
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the showroom as per company guidelines
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
Inventory & Housekeeping Management
- Monitor and manage stationery and housekeeping inventory
- Ensure demo lifts, samples, and display units are well maintained and functional
Showroom Presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall visual appeal of the showroom
- Ensure displays and samples meet brand and merchandising standards
Customer Service Support
- Assist internal sales teams by coordinating walk-ins and handling basic customer queries
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and courteous front-desk experience
- Escalate and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, inventory, and maintenance activities
- Prepare and submit regular operational and maintenance reports
Maintenance & Facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep
- Handle basic troubleshooting of showroom equipment and fixtures
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Conduct routine safety checks and immediately report any hazards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and grooming skills
- Experience in retail, hospitality, front office, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
