Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor records.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, amenities, and local attractions.
- Prepare guest bills, handle payments, and return change.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor lobby activity and support check-in/check-out processes.
- Assist with pre-arrival guest support and package coordination.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including supply orders and equipment handling.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate internal meetings.
- Ensure proper functioning of office systems and facilities.
- Support management in day-to-day tasks and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and standard office software.
