In this highly visible role, you’ll be at the heart of our guests’ journey, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities

• Handle the guest registration process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming check-in and check-out experience.
• Communicate hotel services, amenities, and current promotions with enthusiasm and accuracy.
• Process various forms of payment with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering tailored solutions and support.
• Foster casual conversations with guests, enhancing their connection to our hotel and brand.
• Represent the hotel as the face of our Front Office team, embodying hospitality at its finest.
