A Front Office Host is responsible for managing guest interactions and ensuring a pleasant stay. The Front Office Host manage the process of checking guest in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complains, and ensuring positive experience throughout their stay.

Front Office Host typically work in a fast-paced environment, often standing for long periods.

This position requires to work flexible hours, weekdays, weekends and holidays.

The hourly rate is $23.75
