Job Title: Front Office Manager
Location: Westlake Village
Employment Type: Part-Time (30 – 35 hours per week)
Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

For the Client Interface role:
Responsibilities include: managing client communications, appointment scheduling, providing support to the owner/practitioner, creating client sales receipts using QuickBooks, receiving and managing inventory.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities who is detail oriented. Proficiency with Google Suite, QuickBooks, Flodesk. You will have training on the other medical related software.
For the Marketing role:
This will include strategies, social media and help with other various projects.
