Front Office Manager
to lead our Front Office team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure, providing exceptional service and handling requests with care.

Manage daily front office activities, ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Monitor room revenue, occupancy, and credit reports to optimize performance.

Uphold company policies, safety standards, quality benchmarks, law, and the culture of the state.

Drive team engagement, continuous improvement, and a culture of excellence.

Oversee front office scheduling, staffing, and daily operations.

Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.

Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously.

Maintain accurate room status, financial controls, and reporting.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Champion guest satisfaction initiatives and ensure VIP and special requests are handled with care.

Support sustainability practices and company values in daily operations.
Candidate Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role — especially in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of Opera, Nuvola, Saflock, and other front office management systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Ability to manage stress, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

Positive, adaptable, and guest-focused attitude.
