<Responsibilities>

  • Supervise and coordinate all front desk operations, including guest arrivals, departures, and reservations
  • Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding guest services with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt, courteous phone etiquette at all times
  • Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance overall guest relations
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in front desk functions
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
  • Strong leadership qualities to manage and develop front desk teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operation
  • Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel accounting procedures
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
