Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client with a warm, professional, and friendly approach.
  • Manage appointments efficiently, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations.
  • Handle all phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Support daily operations with basic administrative tasks and cash handling.

Requirements

  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with appointment software.
  • Minimum 3 year of front-desk or customer-service experience.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
