Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend and complete the assigned complaints as per companies Policy.
• Fill up all documents related with job attending.
• Give work completing/pending report to reporting person on-time with specified method.
• Collect and complete the pending spares from service center
• Report service center on time.
• Clear all defective spares within specified time.
• Clear all bill with payment at the time of service center visit.
• Do the follow up with BSI for the pending spares.
• Try to achieve maximum productivity.
• Keep the companies TAT range.
• When found any noticeable complaint in any products report it immediately.
• If there are no pending complaints, do other jobs assigned by your reporting Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
