Manage front desk operations during the night shift and ensure smooth workflow, Plan staff numbers and assign duties for the shift, supervise employees throughout the shift, Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure they are carried out quickly and accurately, Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints, maintaining high customer satisfaction, Ensure all records, reports, and necessary documentation are accurately maintained during the night shift, Coordinate with relevant departments to support overall hotel operations, Implement emergency procedures and inform staff about these protocols, Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, ensuring proper training and discipline, Supervise correct use of front desk equipment and systems, requesting technical support when needed.
Graduate of hospitality or related fields,
At least 2 years of experience in front desk or customer service, preferably with night shift experience,
Proficient in English,
Guest-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills,
Team player with leadership qualities, Able to work effectively under pressure,
Flexible with working hours,
Proficient in computer and front desk software (e.g., Opera, )
Capable of making quick and accurate decisions in emergencies.
