We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and motivated Front Office Patient Coordinator to support daily operations and deliver an outstanding patient experience from initial consultation through follow-up care. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday, in a physician-led plastic surgery office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values professionalism and teamwork, communicates effectively with patients, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily office operations and help create a positive, seamless patient experience
- Schedule consultations, appointments, and surgeries accurately and efficiently
- Enter and maintain medical records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and protecting patient privacy
- Coordinate patient care from scheduling through record management
- Participate in daily team meetings to support alignment and preparedness
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient office workflow
- Capture “before and after” patient photos using digital photography
- Process and reconcile patient payments accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Nextech software
- Background in healthcare, surgical scheduling, hospitality, concierge service, or patient-facing sales
- Experience with social media platforms
