Role & responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally.

Maintain accurate records of guest details and room bookings.

Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Manage telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Candidates only From Hotel management or Hospitality background are preffered
Preferred candidate profile

Graduation or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

0 to 3 years of experience in a front office or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS) preferred.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset.
