Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Receptionist role based in York, ME. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling reservations, managing incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks may include ensuring smooth front desk operations and collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills with a focus on building positive guest experiences
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and ability to multitask effectively
• Basic computer and office equipment proficiency
