Role Overview

A MeSO Receptionist ensures that every client’s visit is seamless and enjoyable:

  • Welcome each client warmly and professionally
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes and appointment flow
  • Support clear communication between clients and clinical team
  • Keep the reception and lounge neat, organized, and welcoming
  • Assist with inquiries—phone, email, and walk-in
  • Promote new treatment updates, offers, and membership details
  • Contribute to a calm and joyful clinic atmosphere

Your role is essential in delivering the high-standard guest experience that defines MeSO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients proactively throughout their visit
  • Manage scheduling and appointment confirmations using CRM tools
  • Coordinate communication and logistics with treatment providers
  • Maintain reception environment with high attention to detail
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and form processing
  • Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and support daily operations
  • Uphold client privacy, professionalism, and service excellence
  • Support the team with event days, promotions, and client follow-ups

Qualifications & Preferred ExperienceRequired

  • Warm, friendly, and composed communication style
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
  • Positive attitude and commitment to client care
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Reception, hospitality, or beauty industry experience
  • Familiarity with CRM/booking systems
  • Comfortable assisting with retail sales or promotions
