Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist in Abu Dhabi to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel front office operations, guest services, check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and hospitality customer service .

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and room allocations
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments
  • Operate hotel management systems and POS systems
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with hotel management software (Opera, PMS systems preferred)
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Immediate availability preferred
