İş Tanımı
- Planning the number of employees for each shift,
- Organizing work on production continuity,
- Solving problems that arise with personnel or other elements during operation and production,
- Supervising production quality,
- Working in coordination with the quality department, ensuring quality inspection,
- Managing research and development methods during the production process,
- To control the necessary maintenance and repairs, to ensure that the equipment is used correctly and to solve problems, to support and manage personnel development, to arrange the maintenance and repair times of devices and machines and to ensure that all machines and procedures are used and implemented by the personnel within the framework of safety rules.
- To ensure that shift workers come to work on time and to follow them, to teach work rules and requirements to shift personnel.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a related area
- Independent and self reliant
- Communication and Influencing skills
- Strategic thinking combined with the proven ability to move strategy to action are foremost attributes
- Comfortable in discussion forums; able to represent ideas succinctly and convincingly.
- Proven experience in analysis and problem solving required.
- Team building skills and proven track record is essential.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints is vital to the success of this individual.
- Strong experience or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, PCS and office products, e.g. Opera PMS, Excel, Word
