Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front office team to ensure efficient and professional guest service
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and smooth operation
- Train, guide, and support front desk staff in handling guest requests and complaints
- Monitor daily shift activities and maintain logbooks and reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest concerns tactfully
- Familiarity with front office systems and basic computer applications
Working Conditions:
- Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
- Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, depending on designation)
- Transport: Not required – accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities
