Front Office Supervisor

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front office team to ensure efficient and professional guest service
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and smooth operation
  • Train, guide, and support front desk staff in handling guest requests and complaints
  • Monitor daily shift activities and maintain logbooks and reports
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role in hospitality or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle guest concerns tactfully
  • Familiarity with front office systems and basic computer applications

Working Conditions:

  • Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
  • Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, depending on designation)
  • Transport: Not required – accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
