Front Office Supervisor

Our hotel is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, including customer service, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The Front Office Supervisor will also be expected to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, as well as coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and answer any questions they may have.
  • Ensure that all Courtyard brand standards are met.
  • Organize and prioritize work tasks.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Train new staff members on customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Maintain a welcoming lobby environment and ensure front desk staff follow service protocols.
  • Sales Administrative Support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
