Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure seamless guest services at our hotel. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, managing guest relations, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Duties

  • Ensure that the hotel meets/exceeds ALKO Hotels and brand standards for guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.
  • Motivate, coach, and train all front office team members. Set goals and hold team members accountable, and provide feedback, rewards, and recognition.
  • Work with the sales and revenue
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, and nurture a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette expertise and proficiency in multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus
  • Passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a positive attitude

Pay: From $18.55 per hour
