Front Sales Closer or Trainee

We at JUMPPACE are actively hiring for a high-performance, Full-Time Sales Closer / Sales Trainee role within our growing Sales Team. This position is best suited for individuals who are either fresh to the workforce with strong interpersonal skills or have direct experience in front-end sales closing (with prior sales achievement up to USD $8,000).

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Age Criteria: 18 – 24 years

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM-5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

The role requires strong communication, a high degree of confidence, and an eagerness to learn and develop as a professional in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads and potential customers to present offerings and close sales
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly revenue and activity targets
• Handle objections confidently and professionally to move conversations forward
• Maintain clear documentation of client interactions in the CRM system
• Actively participate in ongoing sales training and upskilling initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to optimize conversion rates

Experience

• Open to freshers or professionals with up to USD $8,000 in closed front-end sales revenue
• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or direct closing roles is a plus
• Good understanding and knowledge of digital marketing.

Education

• No formal degree requirement; however, fluency in spoken and written English is essential

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:Rs90,000 – 180,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
