Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 175,000

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Front Sales Closer to join our team. This role focuses on handling inbound leads from the US market and converting them into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong sales experience, and the ability to build relationships with international clients while closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from website, Meta Ads, email, WhatsApp, and chat
• Conduct discovery calls and follow-ups to qualify leads
• Understand client requirements and present digital services (Website, SEO, Paid Ads; Apps is a plus)
• Build strong relationships and close deals with US-based clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project management, accounts) for proposals
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Experience dealing with US or international clients
• Proven experience in closing digital services (Website, SEO, Paid Ads; Apps is a plus)
• Experience in front-end sales and lead conversion
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
