Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into paying clients for our Web Design, Graphic Design, and related digital services. The leads you will be working on will be generated through our Social Media campaigns, and your primary goal will be to onboard new clients, close deals, and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, presenting our solutions effectively, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Engage with inbound leads from Facebook ads, qualify them, and convert them into long-term customers.
• Sales & Negotiation: Understand client requirements, propose tailored web and graphic design solutions, and close deals efficiently.
• Consultative Selling: Educate potential clients on the benefits of our services and how they align with their business goals.
• Lead Management: Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates.
• Pitching & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase our expertise and past projects.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and potential upsell opportunities.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and design innovations to enhance sales performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and execution.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales reports, track performance, and provide insights on conversion rates and client acquisition.
