Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, chat, and email
• Communicate with US and international clients during night shift
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Pitch Opus Geeks’ software services and close deals
• Maintain follow-ups and update CRM/sales records
• Coordinate with internal teams for project clarity
• Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of $5,000

Requirements

• Proven experience in front sales, business development, or IT sales
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working night shift (US time zone)
• Experience selling software or digital services is a plus
• Strong closing and client-handling skills
