Front Sales Executive

We are seeking a presentable and result-driven Front Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing international clients, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive first impression of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist international customers in a professional manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations.

Convert leads into sales while meeting monthly targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion.

Coordinate with operations and support teams for order fulfillment.

Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

Ensure the front desk area is well-managed and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in front sales, international sales, or customer service.

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident personality with a customer-centric approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Gulshan E Iqbal, Block 2.

Timings : 08:00PM to 05:00 AM (Night Shift)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
