Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Front Sales Executive to handle high-ticket deals ranging from $3,000 to $5,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and closing sales for our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and cold calling
- Present and pitch company services in a professional and persuasive manner
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
- Schedule meetings and conduct sales calls
- Close high-value deals ($3K–$5K range)
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Update CRM with lead and sales activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in front sales / high-ticket sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with international clients (preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn)
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital services sales (Design, Web Development, Marketing, etc.)
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Sales funnel understanding
