Front Sales Executive – Business Acquisition (IT, Digital Marketing & Call Center Solutions)Job Summary

The Front Sales Executive will play a key role in acquiring new projects and closing profitable deals for the company’s IT services, digital marketing solutions, and call center campaigns. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, pitching services, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful project onboarding. The candidate must be proactive, sales-driven, and able to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Acquisition & Deal Closing

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across IT, digital marketing, and BPO/call center sectors.
  • Actively pitch company services to generate new projects and revenue.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms to successfully close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly project acquisition targets.

Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management

  • Generate leads via calls, emails, networking, walk-ins, events, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Follow up consistently until successful conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and deal status in the CRM.

Client Interaction & Consultation

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT, marketing, or BPO solutions:
  • Website/app development
  • Software/CRM/ERP solutions
  • SEO, social media ads, Google ads
  • Call center inbound/outbound campaigns
  • Conduct sales presentations, demos, and preliminary project consultations.

Coordination & Handover

  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Digital Marketing, Operations, BPO) for smooth project onboarding after deal closure.
  • Ensure proper documentation, payments, and agreements are completed.
  • Support client queries before and after project acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or project acquisition.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
  • Good understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and call center operations.
  • Excellent communication, persuasive, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in selling IT/digital marketing/BPO solutions.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, online bidding platforms, and cold calling.
  • Ability to translate client needs into profitable business opportunities.
