Front Sales Executive – Upwork Specialist (Mid-Level)

Salary: From PKR 35,000 / month + Commissions
Location: Karachi (On-Site)
Shift: Evening Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and growth-oriented Front Sales Executive (Upwork Specialist) with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on Upwork bidding experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands Upwork’s ecosystem, knows how to write compelling proposals, and is eager to scale international sales.

You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and expanding our global client portfolio across multiple digital service categories, including:

• Web Design & Development
• UI/ UX
• Graphic Design Services

Key Responsibilities

• Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork to generate qualified international leads.
• Write customized, high-converting proposals aligned with client needs.
• Engage with prospects through Upwork chat, follow-ups, and discovery calls.
• Build trust and long-term client relationships through effective communication.
• Maintain and optimize the company’s Upwork profiles to improve visibility and credibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
• Track daily bidding activity, conversions, and monthly sales targets.
• Continuously improve bidding strategies based on performance metrics.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of practical Upwork bidding experience
• Proven ability to generate leads or close projects on Upwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic to strong understanding of digital services (Web, Design, Video, etc.).
• Strong proposal writing skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with evening shifts.
• Ability to handle multiple bids and conversations efficiently.
