Position: Front Sales Representative
Location: Onsite
Shift: Evening/Night Shift (Aligned with US Eastern Time Zone)

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound & outbound leads from social media and outreach campaigns
• Communicate with US clients through chat, email, and calls
• Conduct discovery calls for web and mobile app development projects
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
• Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams when required
• Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Close deals and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales/client dealing
• Experience in cold outreach and lead conversion
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience dealing with US/international clients preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
• Ability to work during US business hours

Bonus Skills:

• Experience selling websites, mobile apps, SEO, branding, or digital services
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
• Strong upselling and closing abilities
