Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing courteous and competent services when answering the phone to ensure guests luggage and other items are transported effortlessly to/from their rooms. Provide communication between staff and management for effective operations.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Answer the telephone and take the order/request in a timely manner.
2. Dispense the order/request to the appropriate staff using the proper procedure.
3. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.

Ability to operate computerized hotel system software programs.

Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.

Bilingual highly desireable.

Previous relevant experience in hospitality industry preferred.

High school education or equivalent.
