Position Overview

Dentakay is seeking a Front End Developer to build performance-driven, conversion-optimized, and AI-integrated web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in responsive UI development, advanced frontend performance optimization, A/B testing implementation, and collaboration with marketing teams targeting global markets.

You will be at the core of our patient acquisition funnels, responsible for the front-end infrastructure behind our marketing campaigns, landing pages, and web-based customer journeys.

Responsibilities

● Develop pixel-perfect, responsive UIs using TailwindCSS, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS

● Translate complex Figma designs into live components with attention to spacing, typography, and animation

● Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and hydration optimization for speed and performance

● Build frontend logic that supports chatbots, LLM-based assistants, and prompt-aware UI components

● Conduct technical audits using Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and browser profiling tools

● Improve and monitor CLS, LCP, TTFB, and other Core Web Vitals through hands-on code optimizations

● Animate UI elements and transitions using Framer Motion, GSAP, or native CSS/JS animation techniques

● Develop and maintain A/B test variants using tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely

● Enhance user journeys using insights from Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and heatmap-based UX reviews

● Build secure and compliant forms with custom validation, data masking, anti-spam (Captcha/reCaptcha), and WCAG-compliant accessibility (a11y)

● Contribute to component libraries or design systems used across multiple landing page variants and microsites

● Work in coordination with marketing, content, and backend teams using ClickUp, GitHub, and async feedback loops

Required Qualifications

● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development

● Fluent spoken English is required, as daily communication within the team is conducted in English.

● Deep proficiency in TailwindCSS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript

● Proven track record building conversion-optimized, high-performance web experiences

● Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and metrics

● Experience implementing AI-integrated UIs, including chatbots and LLM-assistants

● Comfort with animation libraries, responsive frameworks, and modern frontend tooling

● Familiarity with Git-based workflows and project/task management tools (ClickUp, GitHub)

● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate asynchronously with multidisciplinary teams
