Mashvisor empowers individuals to make informed and profitable real estate investments through its innovative online platform that aggregates real estate data instantly. The platform provides comprehensive neighborhood data and analytics such as Cash Flow, Cash on Cash Return, Cap Rate, GRM, Vacancy Rates, and rental market strength indicators. These insights help identify secure investment opportunities for both traditional and short-term lodging properties, including Airbnb.

Role Description

• 3+ years of frontend engineering experience (startup or PropTech experience is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into intuitive UI/UX.

• Passion for building tools that solve real-world problems in real estate.

• A collaborative mindset, willing to share knowledge, review code, and grow with the team.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲):

• Bachelors in Computer Science or similar

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript

• Advanced React development, including hooks, state management, and component design.

• Expertise in CSS and HTML5.

• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.

• Attention to details

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀):

• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization.

• Familiarity with interactive maps (Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps APIs).

• Working knowledge of charting libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Highcharts).

• Ability to translate complex ideas/data into intuitive UI/UX before designs are ready.

• Exposure to WordPress integration for content-driven features.
