You may join as a Beginner, a Senior, or a Lead — what matters most is your mindset, problem-solving ability, and the hunger to keep improving.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces
• Ability to convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect screens
• Hands-on experience with component-based UI development
• Comfortable integrating REST APIs and collaborating with backend teams
• Ability to write clean, modular, reusable code
• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with browser dev tools
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, layout systems, and design consistency

Bonus Points

• Experience with React.js
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind, Sass, or modern styling systems
• Familiarity with build tools like Vite or Webpack
• Experience with UI animations (GSAP, Framer Motion)
• Ability to use AI tools to boost development efficiency
• Strong eye for UX, design systems, and scalable frontend architecture
