We’re expanding fast and looking for a Frontend Developer & App Designer to help us build high-quality applications with exceptional user experiences. If you’re passionate about clean code, beautiful interfaces, and building tools that make a difference, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development of Smartech platforms and client apps using React, React Native, or Flutter
• Collaborate with our backend, AI, and product teams to build and deploy high-impact solutions
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, performant interfaces
• Participate in product planning, providing insight on UI feasibility and best practices
• Design user-centered interfaces with strong visual appeal and usability
• Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of code across projects
• Help define and maintain our design systems and component libraries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development and app design
• Strong skills in React, React Native, or Flutter
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools
• Mobile-first and responsive design expertise
• A strong portfolio showing apps or platforms you’ve developed and/or designed
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in English (B2+)
• Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones

Bonus Points

• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and DevOps practices
• Exposure to AI, cloud deployments (Firebase, AWS), or backend integration
• Spanish and English language proficiency

Work Conditions

• Fully remote
• Flexible hours, but availability during US Eastern business hours is preferred
