Frontend Developer (React / Next.js) + UI/UX Designer

Location: Pune (On-site )

Experience: 1–2 Years

Type: Full-time | Contract-to-Hire

Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹3.5LP

Responsibilities

Develop responsive web interfaces using React / Next.js

Build reusable UI components using TailwindCSS / ShadCN / Material UI

Integrate APIs and handle basic state management (Redux / Zustand optional)

Ensure performance optimization, mobile responsiveness & cross-browser compatibility

Collaborate with backend/API teams for module integration

Create UI screens, layouts, and components using Figma

Convert wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect frontend code

Improve user flows, navigation, and UX interactions

Maintain consistency using design systems / style guides

Prepare developer-ready design assets and UI documentation

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of React.js or Next.js

TailwindCSS (preferred)

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

Understanding of responsive & mobile-first design

Git/GitHub

Figma (high proficiency)

Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Good sense of spacing, alignment, typography & visual hierarchy

Understanding of UX principles and user journey flows

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Experience designing fintech, dashboard, or CRM UI

Familiarity with Framer Motion, GSAP animations, ShadCN UI

Knowledge of API integration (Axios/Fetch)

Basic backend awareness (Node.js / Django / Laravel)

Ability to create icons, illustrations, or branding elements
