Frontend Performance & Security Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an Angular expert focused on optimizing application performance, reducing payloads, and improving frontend architecture to deliver fast, secure, and scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• · Profile and optimize Angular components for rendering speed and responsiveness.
• · Apply lazy loading, module-level optimization, and bundle size reduction.
• · Collaborate with backend teams to minimize API payloads and improve data flow efficiency.
• · Ensure adherence to frontend security and white-box testing practices.
• · Work on modular structures supporting future micro-frontend or microservices deployment.

Required Skills

• · 5+ years of experience in Angular 12+ and TypeScript.
• · Strong understanding of change detection strategies and RxJS optimization.
• · Experience with Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and performance audit tools.
• · Familiar with CI/CD pipelines for frontend releases.
• · Understanding of REST/OData data handling efficiency.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• · Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
• · Experience integrating caching and compression strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• · Reduce bundle size by 40%.
• · Improve initial load time to <2 seconds.
• · Increase Lighthouse performance score to 90+.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
