The Position:
We are seeking a React Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js and related front-end technologies, with a strong focus on building intuitive user interfaces and delivering exceptional user experiences. This role involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable components and ensure UI consistency across projects.
- Integrate front-end features with RESTful APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Stay updated with evolving front-end technologies and frameworks
The chosen individual will work out of the Contour oftware Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil, MobX).
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and responsive design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
