As a Frontload CDL Driver, your responsibilities include:

Safely operate a frontload garbage truck on designated routes throughout Knoxville.

Follow route sheets and complete service for all assigned customers.

Perform routine pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment.

Communicate professionally and courteously with customers when needed.

Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned by leadership.

Valid Class A or B CDL
-
Clean driving record
-
At least 1 year of local route driving experience (waste industry preferred but not required)

Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic
-
Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physically active work
