What You’ll Do:

As a Frontload CDL Driver, your responsibilities include:

• Safely operate a frontload garbage truck on designated routes throughout Knoxville.
• Follow route sheets and complete service for all assigned customers.
• Perform routine pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers when needed.
• Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned by leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Clean driving record
• At least 1 year of local route driving experience (waste industry preferred but not required)
• Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physically active work
