Fry Cook/Cashier

Our Wingstop franchise is now hiring restaurant team members for immediate hire, team member roles at Wingstop include front of house and back of house work. You’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills
• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you’ll be right with them.
• Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
• Work well with other team members and management. Take instruction and feedback from management, be a team player

Qualifications:

• Able to learn and adapt
• Strong math skills - making correct change when at the register
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
• Able to take initiative
• 16 years or older (work-permit required if under 18)
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork
