Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years curriculum.

Implement play-based, inquiry-based, and child-centered learning strategies.

Foster early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.

Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs.

Maintain a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.

Support children's social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Promote positive behavior management strategies.
-
Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are strictly followed.

Monitor students’ progress and developmental milestones.

Observe, assess, and document student progress through formative and summative assessments.

Maintain accurate student records and portfolios.

Prepare progress reports and conduct parent-teacher meetings.
-
Identify and support children with additional learning needs.
-
Create a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
-
Manage classroom resources effectively.
-
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
-
Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
-
Teaching certification - B.Ed (Mandatory)
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Early Years / Foundation Stage.

Strong understanding of child development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a warm, caring, and engaging classroom environment.
