Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the Sargodha territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.

Ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of ChiltanPure products in the assigned territory.

Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.

Prepare periodic sales reports and share insights for business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or herbal/natural products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Must be target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Local knowledge of the Sargodha market will be a strong advantage.
