Your Role:

As the FSQA Implementation Lead, you’re the key driver for food safety policies. Influence excellence in quality standards while ensuring compliance across all levels of operation.

Primary Duties:

• Leadership: Cultivate a learning environment within the FSQA team, fostering personal growth through mentorship.
• Quality Systems Management: Oversee FSQA systems including HACCP and GMP to maintain rigorous quality and safety benchmarks.
• Regulatory Liaison: Engage with agencies like the USDA, FDA, and others to address regulatory audits and consumer inquiries.
• Process Improvement: Utilize root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies to resolve complaints efficiently and implement CAPA strategies competently.

Who You Are:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Biological or Chemical disciplines.
• Manager with over 5 years of experience in food manufacturing environments.
• Experienced in quality systems, certified in HACCP, and familiar with FSMA.
• Adept at leading diverse teams with strong problem-solving acumen.
