FSR Lead
Job Summary:
Lead the FSR (Food Service & Restaurant) sales function across the country. Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts, including major strategic customers. Drive revenue growth, manage P&L and budgets, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and execute company policy, strategy, and sales targets across the FSR segment.

Lead, coach, and develop the FSR sales team — setting goals, monitoring performance, and driving productivity and competencies.

Build, strengthen, and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and senior-level decision makers.

Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.

Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account through cross-selling and range selling of Diversey/Solenis products and services.

Manage P&L, budgets, and sales forecasting for the FSR function.

Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand their needs and align them with the organization's product and service strategies.

Deliver total solutions to meet customer requirements, including troubleshooting across the business cycle.

Prepare and present complete offers to reach profitable agreements and finalize contract terms.

Study market trends and monitor competitor activities, reporting insights to the Country Director.

Prepare action plans by individuals and by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and services provided to ensure satisfaction.

Support money collection efforts with overdue accounts.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize output.

Manage customer satisfaction, resolve conflicts, and ensure the sales team implements and achieves requested plans and targets.

Make and approve people management decisions in collaboration with management, including recruitment, promotions, terminations, and compensation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Proven experience in FSR / Food Service sales leadership.

Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L.

Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Solid business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluent in English.
