Experienced Infant Nanny Needed for Warm Family

Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed

We are a warm, professional family with two working parents seeking a long-term, reliable nanny to grow with our family. We have a happy, thriving infant boy and are looking for someone who can provide consistent, nurturing care in a calm, structured environment while supporting his daily routines and development.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, flexible schedule based on parents’ work needs (guaranteed average of 40 hours per week); early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends/overnights may be required with advance notice.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care, ensuring the child’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met
Maintain a consistent daily routine, including feeding and nap schedules
Track daily logs of feedings and naps
Engage in age-appropriate, developmentally enriching activities
Prepare fresh, healthy meals as the child grows
Maintain a clean, organized nursery and child-related spaces
Perform child-related laundry
Provide light household support, including kitchen tidying, dishwasher loading, and trash removal
Maintain open communication with parents regarding daily activities and any concerns
Confident navigating the Lehigh Valley to support enriching outings, including local classes, parks, libraries, music groups, sensory activities, and social play opportunities.
Provide basic care for small puppy as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Minimum 3 years of childcare experience, including infant care
Current Infant/Child CPR & First Aid Certification required
Current Mandated Reporter Training required
Current Car Seat Safety Training required
Must pass a comprehensive background check
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Physically able to actively care for an infant, including lifting up to 25 lbs
Knowledge of infant safety, safe sleep practices, and child development
Recent physical examination within the last 12 months required
Must provide proof of current vaccinations as required
Kind, patient, and responsible disposition with strong moral character
Affinity for dogs; experience caring for a puppy preferred
