Full-Time Nanny (40 hours weekly)

Location: Annandale, Virginia

Duration: Long-term (1+ year commitment)

Requirements: The family is seeking a career nanny with 5+ years of professional childcare experience, with a strong emphasis on newborn and infant care. Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting infants under 6 months, including feeding, sleep routines, and early developmental engagement.

The ideal candidate is highly reliable, punctual, and professional, with a clear understanding of how to maintain boundaries within a structured household.

CPR and First Aid certification is required, along with being up to date on standard vaccinations, including flu and COVID. Experience working in organized, high-functioning households is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Occasional need for schedule flexibility may arise and will be compensated accordingly.

Start Date: Late April 2026, with flexibility to begin as early as mid-April or no later than early May.

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour, based on experience. The family is open to structuring a competitive compensation package that may include a partial medical insurance contribution, paid vacation, and a generous sick leave policy.

Guaranteed hours provided.

Providing Childcare For: One infant (care to begin at approximately 6 weeks old)
