What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Maintain well stock including juices, syrups, liquors, etc.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Maintains bar cleanliness and stocks glassware
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Take ownership over the mise en place of the bar. Requisitioning or prepping items before we are out of stock and maintaining freshness with all ingredients
• Other duties as assigned

• 
  Previous restaurant experience a plus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Demands

• Constant standing and walking through the shift

• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs

• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting

• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, step stools and ramps
