What You?ll Do
As an FTV (First Time Visitor) Esthetician, you are the first hands-on experience clients
have with our brand. You play a key role in creating a memorable introduction to our
treatments while working alongside our Skin Health Consultants to guide new clients
toward their long-term skin health journey.

You will:
? Transform Skin: Deliver professional chemical peels, hydradermabrasion,
ultrasound treatments, and body contouring treatments while creating a
welcoming and results-driven first experience.

? Support Consultations: Work closely with Skin Health Consultants to reinforce
treatment recommendations, answer client questions during service, and help
guide first-time visitors toward the best treatment plan for their goals.

? Educate During Treatment: Build rapport with clients by explaining our services,
technology, and skincare philosophy while helping them understand how ongoing
treatments and professional home care enhance their results

? Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidently discuss treatment plans, memberships,
packages, and retail products during service to support the team in converting
first-time visitors into long-term clients.

? Lead by Example: Maintain meticulous client documentation and support the
management team in upholding our gold-standard brand protocols.
