We are seeking a sharp, experienced Fuel Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to maximize driver efficiency, and understands the operational urgency that comes with hauling fuel.

This is a mission-critical dispatching role, you’ll control the flow of fuel freight in real time, solve issues on the fly, and keep our professional drivers rolling safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and assign fuel loads to CDL-A drivers across our regional network
• Monitor and adjust real-time dispatch to minimize downtime and avoid service failures
• Collaborate with terminals, supply points, and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Optimize Hours of Service (HOS) usage while reducing deadhead miles
• Communicate proactively with drivers to ensure clear, respectful, and efficient dispatching
• Respond immediately to road issues, load changes, and unforeseen challenges
• Ensure all activity complies with DOT, FMCSA, and internal safety standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience dispatching CDL-A fuel, tanker, or hazmat loads
• Proficiency in TMS tools (McLeod, TMW, CE or similar), fuel dispatch platforms, and ELD coordination
• Strong knowledge of fuel terminals, lift points, and petroleum load protocols
• Proven ability to manage multiple drivers and loads under tight timelines
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and safety-focused
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
