Fulfillment Center Operation Specialist

📣 We’re on a mission to build a seamless, fast, and high-performing fulfillment operation and we’re looking for a dynamic Fulfillment Center Operation Specialist to help us take our logistics excellence to the next level.

If you are passionate about operational efficiency, process optimization, and driving warehouse excellence in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, this role is for you.

💼 What you’ll do

• Organizing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflows.
• Coordinating inbound, transfer, picking, packing, and outbound processes to guarantee accurate and timely dispatch.
• Managing product flow, shipment processes, and inventory accuracy.
• Resolving discrepancies such as missing, excess, damaged, or unregistered products and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Monitoring operational KPIs and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Using warehouse management systems and logistics software to track, analyze, and improve operational processes.
• Ensuring warehouse layout, workflow, and safety standards are aligned with company policies.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence.

✅ Who you are

• Graduate of relevant university departments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Holder of a valid B-class driver’s license.
• Able to travel when required.
