Role Overview
- We are seeking a Female E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to take ownership of packaging, shipping, order tracking, and returns management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized systems, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You’ll work closely with our operations and customer service team to make sure every part of the fulfillment process runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Packaging:
- Prepare and package customer orders accurately and neatly.
- Print and organize shipping labels.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched on time and meet quality standards.
Shipping & Logistics Coordination:
- Communicate with local and international shipping partners.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and update customers with tracking information.
- Handle customs paperwork when required.
Inventory & Returns Management:
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Notify management of low stock or missing items.
- Process product returns, exchanges, and damaged goods efficiently.
Operations & Organization:
- Keep the fulfillment area clean and well-organized.
- Monitor and restock packaging materials
- Support process improvements to speed up fulfillment and reduce errors.
Customer Experience Support:
- Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve shipping or delivery issues quickly.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience working with couriers like Aramex, DHL, Arrive or Egypt Post.
- Good English
- Familiarity with inventory or barcode systems.
- Experience working in a startup or small business environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay detail-oriented under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive problem solver.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£7,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
