In This Role…

As a Fulfillment Operations Analyst, you will oversee North American supplier manufacturing from a supply chain and logistics perspective. This position demands strategic thinking, effective leadership, and the capability to manage multiple issues simultaneously across various plants and suppliers.

  • What You’ll Do…
  • Optimize Supply Chain Tools: Utilize Ascent and Pega to identify supply risks and drive operational efficiencies that expand the horizon for risk evaluation.
  • Protect Production Stability: Proactively manage daily and weekly schedules to ensure existing operating plans are met without the need for remixes or production losses.
  • Drive Cost Mitigation: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce premium freight costs by optimizing processes and collaborating with the MP&L Logistics organization.
  • Communicate & Escalate Risk: Provide leadership with clear visibility into supply constraints, offering data-driven solutions and defined paths for escalation.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, Supplier Technical Assistance (STA), Supplier Operations (SOT), Product Development, and plant teams to resolve complex fulfillment issues.
  • Manage Supplier Accountability: Oversee critical suppliers to ensure full compliance with Ford’s global terms, expectations, and performance standards.

You’ll Have…

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of experience in operations and data analytics.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • A proven track record in manufacturing or supply chain operations, including inbound/outbound flows, packaging, and warehouse management.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP, Alteryx, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Deep knowledge of Ford production planning and execution, with specific proficiency in MP&L systems such as CMMS, Super G, GCP, and MCPV.
  • Advanced data analytical skills to gather data from multiple sources, identify root causes/trends, and recommend operational improvements for supplier delivery performance.
  • Strong data storytelling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • A proactive "bias for action," focused on identifying and resolving supply risks within the "clear to build" horizon to ensure operational stability.
  • Demonstrated experience managing diverse supply chain functions, including demand and supply planning and in-plant logistics operations.

This position is open to the following grades:

Salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-121,440.

Salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.

Salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
